Chuck founded the firm in 1995 with the vision that exceptional professional CPA services could be provided by a small, but highly service oriented practice. He received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters degree with a tax concentration from the University of Houston. A Certified Public Accountant since 1978, he has also earned the Certified Valuation Analyst distinction available only to CPA's who have completed extensive business valuation training and passed a rigorous test. Chuck has extensive experience with tax planning, compliance and IRS representation. He is an experienced business appraiser, fiduciary and expert witness. After beginning his career in public accounting, Chuck performed services for several years as a senior financial officer in a diverse line of businesses controlled by a wealthy entrepreneur. That experience has broadened his perspective and added "live experience" not otherwise possessed by many professionals. A business owner, a husband, and father, Chuck shares many of the same issues faced by his clients, and has served his profession and community through extensive volunteer efforts.

Diane P. McNulty, CPA

Diane received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from the University of Houston. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Diane has experience in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, retail, service and wholesale equipment. As assistant controller for a privately-held oil & gas production company with assets of $80 million, Diane was responsible for the compilation of the monthly financial statements and oversaw the annual audit. She has also implemented new mainframe accounting systems and procedures.

Prior to joining the firm, Diane provided financial accounting services to several clients. Currently, she handles tax and bankruptcy matters.
